Removing account from Outlook app on an Android phone

If you used Outlook to access a account that was migrated to the VetEvolve Microsoft tenant - all of your data was migrated and you will want to remove the old account before adding the new one.

Here are brief instructions to remove the old account.

1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device and tap the gear on the bottom left

   

2.  

   Select the old account you want to remove
   

3.  Scroll to the bottom and choose REMOVE ACCOUNT
   

4. Confirm you want to remove the account
