Removing account from Outlook app on an Android phone

NOTE: If your account migrated from another Microsoft account you may needwant to deleteremove yourthe old account firstbefore andadding alsothe follownew theseone.

1. After you downloadOpen the Outlook app -on openyour itmobile device and you should get a welcome screen. Clicktap the Addgear Accounton button.

2. Type in

    your

   email/sign-inSelect addressthe old account you want to remove
   

3.  Scroll to the bottom and thenchoose clickREMOVE ContinueACCOUNT
   

   

   
   
   
4. You should see the VetEvolve logo and be prompted to enter your password. (NOTE: IfConfirm you see the generic Microsoft logo instead of the VetEvolve logo - it is still trying to login to a cached account. Follow instructions herewant to remove cached information: 
    

   

   
   
   Enter your newthe account Microsoft password and click Sign In. then authenticate with your multifactor code/option
   
   
5. You then should see your Inbox with your email.
