Neo Account setup for VetEvolve Shared account
Neo is one of the cloud based practice management systems that has a limit on the number of accounts without incurring additional costs. We use a shared account for VetEvolve Holding employees in cases where it is not cost-effective to add additional licenses.
To login at https://us.idexxneo.com/login you will need the Clinic ID, a user ID and password.
Although an email address is option, for the shared accounts we use it@vetevolve.com.
The shared account should be setup as a Business Owner role with all permissions checked:
